I also hate dealing with plugging in iPads/chromebooks so we assign jobs for the students and one of them is being in charge of iPads!! They unplug them in the AM and plug them in before they leave!

I use carts too! In the top I have a 6 cup organizer where they keep pencils, erasers, dry erase markers, highlighters, markers and glue … in the middle row I have the large clear open front bins

Have you heard of the 43 file system? It’s a really great way I can file away specific plans for days/holidays and activities as far ahead as I want & I also store math centers in these larger bags and keep them in that same bin because they match the unit!

Have the kiddos have “jobs” & it will take a lot off of you and will run the classroom smoothly. My second graders love to plug in the chrome books at the end of the day!

Prek teacher, I keep my small group materials in the ikea trofast :) so one unit is for literacy materials, the other is for math materials!

I am a 4th year teacher and I am still not organized. My classroom has next to no storage either so that absolutely does not help! But I will say your classroom still looks more organized than mine!

All of my students each have little desk caddies that go inside of my carts at the end of their table desks. I have manipulative containers for each child numbered for all math manipulatives :)

I use the hanging files for a couple of things but my favorite use has been a place to stick those stacks of paper that I need to access quickly that would normally be piled on my desk!

4 the snapcs I would highly encourage for parents to just send a healthy snack from home bc then kiddos will “forget” on purpose to eat the better snacks. Then if they forget your nurse or lunchroom -

For papers, I have 2 trays on my desk for "needs to be graded" and "graded". Once the grades have been put in the computer I put the graded papers in their mailbox for them to take home.

when it comes to the chromebooks, I feel like color-coordinating the chrome book with its charger would help make it easier for you and your students to visualize which charger goes to which laptop
