How about shoulder blades? Every time I lay down especially on my side I can feel one overlapping the other. My docs suspect I have a connective tissue disorder but genetic testing Isn’t until 12/?/25

For your neck: I have hEDS and my PT taught me a headache snag maneuver that basically puts your vertebrae back in place. You take a strap and gently press on the c2 spinal process. Pulse/ hold it

ok, where did you get that head whisk looking thing? that looked awesome! also, something that helps me with migraines is I will take a homemade ice pack and wrap it in a scarf and put it around

My gp thinks as well as I do that I have pots. seeing a pots doc next week for more info. my gp did the poor my pots test (lay down for 10 mins check heart and bp, stand up check again) my resting

Do you deal with jaw/ear pain? I think I have the same thing but doctors are insistent since tests are normal everything’s fine. Been dealing with all the same symptoms you’ve described for years😢
