💥CRISPY CHILLI FRIES💥 ▪️INGREDIENTS: 3 potatoes or frozen fries 1 tsp salt 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp parika 1 tsp red Chilli flakes 1 & 1/2 cups flour 1 egg 3 tbsp water Oil for frying 📌SAUCE 2 tbsp butter 2 garlic cloves 2 tsp chilli flakes 4 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp soya sauce 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp water For Garnish: Sesame seeds Parsley/ Coriander ▪️METHOD: In a bowl, take fries, add the spices, egg,now add 1 cup flour and coat well, add water, then add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour and coat thoroughly. Let it rest for 10 minutes . Heat oil, fry them on medium heat for 8-10 minutes till golden and crispy. Set them aside.
