@engineezy: Acrylic Slides by Thermoforming ••• With my marble machine completed, I decided that they needed one more improvement- clear slides. I had never tried oven-baking acrylic before, but I had a feeling this would work! So I created flat surfaces off the curved slide walls in Solidworks, flattened them, then cut them out of acrylic on my laser. I also printed bucks to form the slide walls using PETG (PETG has a decently high melting point, which could hopefully withstand the oven hot acrylic). After leaving the acrylic pieces in the over for 15 minutes, they came out completely flexible, enough so that I could wrap them onto the forms.
