Every time. The staff are probably busy or need a break. It takes no effort and means the tables clear for the next punters. Bet the ones that don’t, don’t put shopping trolleys back either.

Not once have I ever seen someone return a glass to the bar but im h appy to do it if it’s preferred 😂 Maybe it’s because I’m in London so there’s more staff who pick it up as we’re at the table.

As a former bartender, in my experience, leave them on the table. I’m getting paid to do things and there’s nothing more annoying than standing around with nothing to do. I can collect the glasses
