Lol been there with such a manager. But itโs nearly impossible to get past them, at least in a small company. In a bigger one, you can apply for another role and progress there.

My current manager is a BIG bully and is clearly threatened by me. We don't have HR so I want to make a complaint but probably no point. I am looking for new jobs constantly.
