Maybe you should have drained the crank case and refilled with fresh oil before starting engine. Water really doesn't have lubricious properties in metal to metal applications!

Was told years ago to advise ppl not to start their veh after a flood. Let it sit, let the water receded. Then get it towed to a shop. I’ve seen a bunch of vehs started up on here, water pouring out

by that waterline it doesn't look like water entered the engine. Just the exhaust. if it wasn't running when flooded it didn't suck water into the motor. if oil doesn't leak out, water does leak in

It’s the electrical parts that give you the problems. I’ve bought, rebuilt and sold many flood cars and unless you replace all components it’ll always give problems

Recht herzlichen Glückwunsch. Wenn du den aus gelassen hättest und das Wasser davor ablaufen lassen hättest, würde der jetz wie eine 1 laufen

Gosh, I would've pulled the spark plugs and spun it first to remove the risk of hydro lock and bending a rod, and then change the oil, its probably creamy white
