These are the cookies I’m known for at work and in my community—they’re soft, irresistible, and perfect for freezing! Whether you’re baking for a crowd or stocking up your freezer with treats, these cookies are sure to be a hit. I linked my mixer and other baking supplies on Amazon in my profile! 2 cups butter (softened, not melted) 2 cups brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 2 large eggs 2 large egg yolks 2 tablespoons vanilla 4 cups flour 2 cups oats 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 cups chocolate chips 1.	Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2.	In a large bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy and well combined. 3.	Add in the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla, mixing until smooth. 4.	Gradually add the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. 5.	Fold in the chocolate chips. 6.	Using a large cookie scoop (about 3 tablespoons), drop dough onto a cookie sheet, spacing them evenly apart. 7.	Bake for 11 minutes. The cookies may look undercooked when you take them out, but they will set up as they cool. 8.	Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these cookies fresh, or freeze them for a delicious treat anytime! #CookiePerfection #BakingLove #HomemadeGoodness #CookieHeaven #OatmealCookies #ChocolateChipDelights #SweetTreats #DessertGoals #ComfortFood #SoftAndChewy #BakingFromScratch #YummyEats #FoodieFavorites #BakersGonnaBake #CookieRecipe #FoodInspo #IrresistibleBites #SnackTime #DessertInspo #FreezeFriendly
