Stir to combine and heat through for about 2 minutes.  - Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Assemble the Fajitas:  - Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.  - Fill each tortilla with the steak and vegetable mixture.  - Top with salsa, sour cream, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
