The part about blending castor oil nobody talks about 👀 If you’re blending your castor oil with a normal body lotion to make it easier to spread I need to tell you something nobody’s mentioning. Castor oil is famous for one thing: it absorbs deep into the skin. That’s the whole point. But here’s the part people skip: whatever you mix it with goes in with it. So if your lotion has a big ingredient list you can’t pronounce: fragrance, parabens, mineral oil etc, congratulations, you’ve just given all of that a lift straight through your skin barrier and in to your liver. I’m not saying don’t blend. Blending is great, it makes the texture easier to work with for some people. I’m saying blend smart. Pure oils only. Jojoba, almond, rosehip, argan, coconut, choose one, mix it with your castor oil and you get the same silky texture without the question mark ingredients. It’s not complicated. It’s just… read the label before you dilute your skincare with a chemistry set. Full breakdown + routines in the ebook launching end of July 🌿😌 #castoroil #skincaretips #fy
