Yikes. I'm buying a house now. Radon came back as avg 4.5. I asked for mitigation... seller had the system installed last week & it came back clean.

only radon tests I've been able to find are on Amazon & both times ice ordered a test, they are expired & un refundable... so where to find accurate tests?

mine was 30??? it was really high and it took them twice to get it out/ventilated...whatever they do. it cost me $1300 to clear it...Central IL. I ALWAYS kept home aired out if that makes sense

I did but my vapor barrier got shredded with foot traffic. Making my husband put in 15 mil. I just ordered an electronic radon tester so that I can test for it without having to send it out.
