that’s because it can eat away at the tattoo.. i’ve seen a person with one (my step dad is a tattoo artist), but sadly it legit disappeared one day! she woke up and it was completely gone (true story)

As someone with vitiligo I’ll explain lol. I do have tattoos, but no tattoos that correspond or having anything to do with my vitiligo. Vitiligo can grow, move, or change overtime at anytime. I find new spots or spots that have moved around a lot, so if I were to get a tattoo like that, it could easily move around unfortunately
