I use to be so fit playing football, rugby at weekends , diagnosed with chrohns 3 year's ago and everything else just followed, it can be hard at times especially while working, have a nice day

I have such bad hip pain especially at night, sometimes it's hard to sleep. I have uc proctitis. I actually just recently realized the two are probably related, never mentioned it to the doctor

I had the same issues, they stretched my infusion out to 6 weeks for a couple of months and that sorted it out for me. I’m normally every 4 weeks.

You ever had a bone density scan, also known as a DEXA or DXA scan? Because of steroid long term uses my bones ain’t what they meant to be, so mine ache and especially winter months

Magnesium has helped me a lot. Can also get oil/spray to put directly on bad joints
