I'm gonna be very blunt: F them. They lack the work ethic to communicate properly. I hope I never see any of them or be in a position to hire or buy something from them. Candidates are not livestock.

I just assume if I'm being ghosted I didn't get it and kind of just move on if I get contacted I'm skeptical
