I'm familiar with this case. they had previous history (obviously). the supervisor arrived on scene and made him release her. "would you have arrested anyone else for this?"

Funny thing about Texas is that it’s rare for people to signal lane changes including the police! I wish they would at least cite people for not signaling. Makes me crazy.
