@highspeeddining: @High Speed Dining Crunching opening snacks of a 6 hour meal at one of the greatest farm restaurants in the world. Just 30 miles north of New York City, guests are served a huge tasting menu featuring the freshest offerings from their 80 acre farm and local markets. My meal took me about 6 hours to finish. By the end you are served dozens of different fruits, vegetables, fish, meats, breads, eggs and more. There were 5 different desserts. They even send you home with a loaf of fresh baked sourdough bread. Protein courses this meal included 3 types of fish, 8 different types of pork and lamb 3 ways. The menu changes day to day, guest to guest.
