I remember when I would eat late. It's something I've always done. My parents warned me but I never listened. Sometimes I would eat at 10 or 11 pm. My dad would say, you are over working your digestive system. As it should rest at night. Well fast forward, 15 years. Add a bit of life stress and voila! I started seeing my midsection grow.
