I have The Lab's HA deep toner, & honestly, idk why it's so popular. 😭 but I've seen ppl say it's good for inner dryness instead of outer dryness 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sticky, caramelized teriyaki salmon over fluffy rice with crisp broccoli, crunchy vegetables and creamy avocado. This colorful dinner looks impressive but is surprisingly easy to make! ❤️ Ingredients (Serves 2) For the bowls: * 12 oz (340 g) skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1½-inch cubes * 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice * 2 cups broccoli florets * 1 medium carrot, shredded * ½ cucumber, thinly sliced * 1 ripe avocado, sliced * 2 scallions, thinly sliced * 2 tsp sesame seeds * 1 tbsp neutral oil * Salt and black pepper, to taste For the teriyaki sauce: * 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce * 2 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * 1 tsp toasted sesame oil * 2 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tsp freshly grated ginger * 2 tbsp water * 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp cold water Directions: 1. Cook the rice: Rinse the jasmine rice until the water runs mostly clear. Cook with water according to the package directions. Keep covered and fluffy until serving. 2. Prepare the sauce: Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and water together. Set the cornstarch slurry aside. 3. Cook the broccoli: Steam broccoli for 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Season lightly with salt. 4. Sear the salmon: Pat salmon cubes dry and season with pepper. Heat neutral oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon in one layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, turning gently, until golden and cooked through (145°F / 63°C). 5. Glaze the salmon: Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in the sauce and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the cornstarch slurry again, add it, and cook for another 30–60 seconds until the sauce is glossy and coats the salmon. 6. Assemble the bowls: Divide rice between two bowls. Add teriyaki salmon, steamed broccoli, shredded carrot, cucumber and avocado. Spoon over extra glaze and sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds. Tip: Add the avocado just before serving so it stays fresh, and avoid overcooking the salmon. Save this easy salmon bowl for your next dinner night! 🥑❤️ #SalmonBowl #TeriyakiSalmon #EasyDinnerIdeas #fyp #recipeideas
