So how do you calculate the 10g of protein that is missing from the total grams needed(35g) if 1 scoop is 25g of protein??

Simply put, you divide the grams of protein by the amount of serving grams, you get the protein per grams number, then multiply it by the needed number of grams to get the specific weight.
