Speaking from a computer scientist's perspective, you didn't consider all the possibilities. What if the reader only has a 350 F oven max temp? It could have been more helpful indicate other lengh

Did they even add time? I can see doing it at 350 instead of 375 if you’re cooking something else at same time, but you gotta cook it longer and accept that the crust will be a bit off.
