The insurance company will subrogate the at fault party personally and yes, the Nissan driver is not required to give the insurance information to the driver, but the cops yes

Tbh if you are caught with out insc. Should be AUTOMATIC 10 days in jail & 1000 dollar fine. You wanna create unsafe conditions u need to pay

Paramedics didn't (can't refuse to respond) , more likely the 911 refused to call, which is a problem and should be dealt with.

The cop cannot force the driver to provide insurance. That’s considered civil. It’s a not at fault claim, so he pays the deductible and insurance covers everything. The insurance company will sue

People keep saying sue the driver. That’s assuming he has insurance above state minimums. Many people just cary state minimums or no insurance at all and it’s not worth it to sue
