Ingredients: For chicken stock 🍗 250 grams chicken with bones . 7,8 garlic cloves Half onion 1 tbspn whole spices 1 tbpsn salt 1 litre water For soup : Pinch of salt ( adjust as per need ) 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 tspn chicken powder 1 cup corned boiled and mashed 1 egg Shredded chicken 4,5 tbsp cornstflour ( consistency as per required) Cook it for 3,5 minutes and it will b ready. Note: if soup leaves water after some time , before serving add a little bit of cornflour again and serve hot . All the ingredients ( vegetables, cornflour etc ) in soup leaves water after some times so it’s normal .
