Chef here. As long as you cooled it and put it in the fridge within 90 minutes you get 3 days easy. Just re heat until piping hot

the reason they say you shouldn't reheat it is because rice can contain spores which are heat resistant and can't get rid of thenm, but I've done it loads and I'm still here. 😂

use the air fryer to reheat instead of microwave (expect rice) - game changer. tastes like a new Chinese again.
