That’s the problem doing layout with blocking. If you layout hard with a tape it won’t creep.

Lay out your top plates, cut your ridge blocks a 16th shy to allow for the truss nail plates, or run 1x4’s on layout across the ridge and cut ridge blocks to measure.

For sure. The layout block has to be 22 3/8, if you go 22 1/2” it will grow an 1/8th every truss. Doesn’t make sense since you are going tight, but it works. Wood isn’t perfect.

You ought to be measuring at the top plate not near the middle of the truss to get accurate measurement.

Measure from on the off the plate. You will get a more accurate reading.

Layout your top plate 24" o.c. use Mitech stabilizer truss braces at the top , straighten your trusses to layout as you sheet the roof .

Never measure mid span. Put layout on plate, install blocking, mark layout on first sheet of plywood and straighten tails/ curved rafters/trusses when nailing.
