So our ldl could actually be better than our tests show. My gp gets my tests by a pathology laboratory. And here I was thinking they knew what they were doing.

So fasting is critical do get the right number from triglycerides? How about HDL and LDL? I read (can’t recall where) fasting doesn’t matter.
