In many states, police can’t pull you over for not wearing a seatbelt. They can only add it as a secondary ticket if they’ve pulled you over for another lawful reason.

take them to court. I think 12 would find you innocent. On the simple fack have you ever seen a fat person try to get a seat belt on,it takes them 5 mins. take to court.
