I’m finally in a slow burn. We’re about 2 mos in & I have to remind myself that THIS is actually healthy/normal & not the lovebombing I’m used to. Grounding myself in the safety I feel is key.

im in a slow burn. things have been so calm lately, because before i was always obsessed and love bombing with anyone. but with him, i feel peaceful, healthy, and real. we respect and care for each other. we see each other as real human. im deeply grateful to have met such a decent and caring person, who has opened my eyes to new perspectives on life. im so grateful to have met him at this stage in my life.❤️
