@_lacebakes_: Focaccia au Gratin 🥔🧀🌿 Can we please take a moment for that carb on carb crunch?! 😍💥 here are the basic measurements/temps to accompany the video tutorial… Measurements: 1 batch of same-day, overnight or sourdough focaccia dough (click on FOCACCIA TUTORIALS playlist button above my grid) 1 baking potato, cut into thin slices and soaked in water for at least 10 mins. 2 large or 4 small shallots, sliced into rings 175g/ 1 3/4 cups grated cheese. I did a mix of Gruyère, mozzarella and cheddar. A few sprigs of rosemary, roughly chopped - you can sub in some fresh thyme or finely diced spring onions or chives if you prefer Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling Flaky sea salt Freshly cracked pepper Reserve 1/3 cheese to sprinkle on top of the bread once it has par-baked. Oven temp: Par-bake at 220C/430F for 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese. Return to oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until potatoes and cheese on top have gone golden brown and crispy. Wait for at least 15/20 minutes to cut in! #focacciatok #breadtok
