@joshczuba: Boredom doesn’t need to be a crushing sense of existential anxiety. It might actually be one of the most accessible forms of mental digestion. If we reframe it this way, our inevitable moments of unprogrammed silence throughout the day go from mini waking nightmares, to little pockets of healing. Boredom is a skill set. It’s probably worthwhile to train it.
