@tn.le: I wore size 7 to sleep and had no discomfort. In the past, I would wake up in the middle of the night if I feel the ring is too tight. Size 7 does leave a ring indent on my index finger with no discomfort, but I like having the option to switch fingers where I could not do that with a size 8. With winter approaching, size 8 may be too loose for me as well without the bumpers. I only wore gen3 on my index. It was too loose for my other fingers (same as gen4). I am choosing to go with size 7 so I can interchange with my fingers. This wasn’t an option before because the bumpers would have made size 7 too small for my index and that’s my preferred finger. Honestly, size 8 would have worked as well if I only wear it on my index. I hope that helps. I recommend using the sizing kit!
