Let’s go 👇 1️⃣ Knees-to-Chest Position: Have your partner lie flat on the ground and bring their knees to their chest. As the "stretcher," apply gentle downward pressure on their hamstrings. This warms up the adductors and prepares them for a deeper stretch. 2️⃣ Happy Baby Position: Guide your partner’s knees wider while they hold their feet, moving into Happy Baby. Apply firm, steady pressure on their hamstrings rolling down and out to help open the hips, stretch the adductors and even get into the pelvic floor . Breathe and hold it here for a few deep breaths! 3️⃣ Deep Stretch (Advanced): For the final progression, stand over your partner’s hips, place your hands on their heels and your knees on their inner thighs.
