Here testifying is Jessica Goldsmith who is a family friend of the Menendez brothers. What is she testifying here about Is that one time She recalled Lyle Menendez hanging from the landing crying and wanting to be put down and getting his father’s attention to help him get down to ground level. Faith Goldsmith recalls Jose refusing to put him down leaving Lyle to hang there to “learn how to be a man and not cry” Jose would poke him in the stomach repeatedly while Lyle was crying hanging from the stairs. Lyle would’ve been no more than nine years old at the oldest, he could’ve been younger but it’s not recalled. Faith also testifies that she doesn’t recall Kitty saying anything to come to Lyles defence or to help her son who is crying and being antagonised and abused.
