20-min CREAMY BACON CHICKEN ONE PAN DISH   Ingredients: 1lb chicken thighs  Salt, Pepper, and garlic powder  1 teaspoon jalapeño olive oil  Handful spinach  1/2 tablespoon butter  1/2 tablespoon jalapeño olive oil @temeculaoliveoilcompany  4 ounces mushrooms  1/4 cup white wine @seccowineclub  1/4 cup chicken bone broth  Salt and pepper to taste  1 teaspoon Italian seasoning  1/3 cup half and half 1 teaspoon minced garlic  1 tablespoon heavy cream  3 bacon center cut strips  1/4 cup Parmesan cheese    Directions: 1. Chop bacon into smaller pieces and cook until done. Remove from the pan drain on a paper towel. 2. Season your chicken with salt and pepper and garlic powder and jalapeño olive oil (you can do this overnight). In the same pan, the bacon was cooked in at the seasoned chicken. Cook until then remove from pan, add butter and half a tablespoon of olive oil add red onions, the mushrooms, the garlic, cook until tender reduce heat. If you notice it’s drying out to quickly add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan. 4. Add in the wine, half-and-half, and heavy cream. Once the veggies are tender or to your liking. Season with salt and pepper and Italian seasoning adding spinach cooked until wilted. Add chicken and bacon back in and add in chicken bone broth. I did add a teaspoon of cornstarch to my bone broth, but just to thicken a sauce you can use xanthan gum.
