Also talking to somebody on the phone and not about being anxious just when you go to the airport on your way talk to somebody on the phone listen to a podcast and hint not about anxiety

Someone mentioned sunlight. I was gonna mention just going outside and getting air, but actually sit and breathe. Be by the water, Take a journal and write down your thoughts. Take your time.
