Everyone in my family has recycled my grandmas duplex in mid city, 2 1/2 bedroom with parking garage +washer and dryer for $1500. I’m currently in it since everyone got married and moved out.

I don’t know how much you pay now, but I lived koreatown at Kingsley towers and they were affordable when I was there. Rly nice and safe area.. I think they renovated so it might be more now
