Simplified… Stretch like a rubber band = throw hard This skill is tricky to master. I certainly don't have perfect mechanics. It’s tough because we want to have separation, but we also don’t want to get disconnected. It’s a fine line. Throwing is similar to hitting (both rotational movements).
