I have 2 of these. They're great till the probes stop taking a charge. Only lasted 1.5-2 years. At the price point they should last longer. I won't buy them again.

These probes don’t like Direct Heat. Ideal for indirect cooking. Direct temperature of 500 degrees fahrenheit or higher will damage your probe.
