@gabsmithgym: This will always be a difficult topic for me but if you are currently or have gone through this always remember you can fully believe they made mistakes and are capable of getting better and this may be the case in some situations. Mental health or addiction can be one of hell of a battle but that never justifies their actions and doesn’t rewrite the past for you, your experience and your trauma is more then valid.
