Very easy pie crust- 1 cup flour 1/2 cup crisco shortening and 1/4 cup ice cold water. You’re welcome! Blend with fork.

Generally I use 50/50 butter and lard. Butter for flavor, and lard for flakyness. Total lard makes a great flaky crust, but leaves a coating on the tongue. Plus I always blind bake my crust.
