rent used to be a cheaper option so we don't make have to pay a loan payments coz a person couldn't afford it...now we pay just as much if not more then what a standard loan is

nah I'll still decide when I increase my rent and if my tenant can have a pet sorry. My property, if the tenant signs a special annexure which is allowed to be asked by the owner it overrides the rule

I 100% support this idea and hope it gets passed in parliament but the only reason why rent rises happen is because of interest rate rises which result in higher loan repayments am I wrong?
