@10newsau: NASA has successfully launched a rocket on a 2.9-billion-kilometre journey to explore the mysteries of Jupiter’s ocean moon, Europa, to determine whether it has conditions that could support life. The SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket carrying the Europa Clipper spacecraft lifted off from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Monday. It’s NASA’s largest planetary spacecraft to take flight, almost matching the height of the Statue of Liberty. The spacecraft is projected to reach Jupiter by April 2030 where it will fly by one of the planet’s moons 49 times, studying it for signs of life. #10newsfirst #nasa #space #spacecraft #jupiter #europa #europaclipper #rocket
