The combination of butter and tentuyu (tempura dipping sauce) broth creates a perfect harmony, offering a unique oden experience you won’t find anywhere else. Of course, classic oden items like daikon radish and ganmodoki (fried tofu fritter) are also available, with a deep color but a balanced, gentle saltiness that warms your heart.
