what's the evidence for this because previous nations did used to pray for example when prophet s aw was given the prayers it was 50 till he met prophet Musa and ask him to go back to reduce.

I'm don't think that true. There was a woman at the time of Musa (AS), who was making dua for Allah to grant her a child. She went to Musa (AS) and told him to ask Allah if she would get a child.....
