level 4 to 5 If I relax into it I can't literally see my arm on my phone, faces, places, almost like watching movies... but if I focus on it it goes back to static or lots of movement

I’m autistic. Level 5. But vibrant color. I can also (maladaptive) daydream in color with my eyes open and override what’s being seen in front of me. It also triggers scent memory recall.
