@favtravelcouple: Send to yer favorite witch/wizard 🧙 ⚡️I'm sure my fellow Harry Potter fans are well aware that the street that inspired Diagon alley is in Edinburgh Scotland. But, did you know that there are other Harry Potter movie locations in Scotland? If you're a Harry Potter fan headed to Scotland, you need to check out Glenfinnan Viaduct. The iconic Harry Potter train to Hogwarts (the Jacobite steam train) crosses this stunning Viaduct multiple times a day, allowing fans an opportunity to either ride the Harry Potter train themselves or photograph the Harry Potter Scotland train from a variety of viewpoints as it passes by.  🚂 I recommend booking tickets for the Harry Potter train well in advance as they do fill up quickly. The train covers 41 miles and lasts approximately 2 hours. Last I checked, Harry Potter train tickets were  £65 for a return trip for adults and £36 for children under 16. 🕰️ Whether looking to ride or photograph, I recommend checking the Jacobite time tables as the train runs at different times depending on the season. If you want to check out the Glenfinnan Viaduct and are looking to photograph the Hogwarts Express from Harry Potter Sorcerer Stone, I recommend showing up early to scout out a great location, as you will not be alone. The Harry Potter train in Fort Williams brings in quite the crowd of fans every day.
