Mix everything together well and knead the dough for 10-12 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place, or until the dough has doubled in size. Wash the chicken and cut it into thin strips. Put the chicken in a deep bowl and add salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and sunflower oil. Mix everything together and then set aside, covered, in the refrigerator. Divide the dough into 8 pieces of 100 grams each and shape them into balls. Take a ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin into a round disc of 14 cm. Place the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let it rise for 30 minutes, or until the dough has doubled in size. Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 200 ℃ for 7-10 minutes, or until the buns are nicely golden brown. Immediately cover the buns with a clean tea towel as soon as they come out of the oven to keep them wonderfully soft. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes and then add the sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, sambal, and honey. Cook everything until well combined. Cut the vegetables into pieces. Slice the buns in half and fill them with the chicken mixture, sauce to taste, and vegetables. Enjoy your meal! Tips: Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sambal to taste. Serve with fillings of your choice.
