Tandoori chicken loaded fries 🥵 Macros 472 calories 50gP / 9gF / 46gC Serves: 1 (double ingredients to serve 2) Shopping list ✍️ - 1 chicken breast - 10g tandoori spice blend - 1 glove garlic, minced - 1 inch ginger, minced - Pinch of salt - Squeeze of lemon juice - 2 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt - 1 tsp mint sauce - 2 tsp mango chutney - 100g skin on fries, cooked - Fresh coriander, diced Method Mix the mint sauce and 1 heaped tbsp yogurt and set aside. Butterfly the chicken breast then slice all the way through so you’ve got two pieces. Season with the tandoori seasoning, garlic, ginger, 1 heaped tbsp yogurt, pinch of yogurt and squeeze of lemon juice.
