Halloween is my most exciting holiday and season because I love horror movies and have tons of paranormal experiences in my life so it's an opportunity to share that and hear others share. It's also the only holiday I get my mom just to myself but we still go all out decorating, cooking spooky treats and celebrating. No stressful family events, just fun.

I was also mighty traumatized by scary neighbours as a kid, but I love a cute halloween moment that embraces autumn!! I crocheted some spider webs for decorations for our living room this year 🥰

I grew up in a sugar free household, Halloween was a big deal lol it's my favourite holiday BUT I hate being scared, I like cute Halloween.

As someone who also watched all the crime shows & does NOT like being scared I feel this so so much! Now as a mom my son LOVES Halloween so we lean into it, but the cutsey side. Not terrifying side.

When I bake with pumpkin puree, I wrap the pumpkin I’m using in a couple of paper towels & squeeze out all the liquid! It really helps and it’s so easy 😋 just careful not to squeeze too hard!
