if your scalp has flakes, eventhought you're sure you washed it properly. try exfoliating toner on your scalp..it works on mine.

pls watch videos on hair chemistry before recommending to avoid sulphates bc they’re literally the key ingredient for a clarifying shampoo, they’re not evil if anything my hair has been so much worse since i stopped using products with sulphates and silicones in them
