At this point I wouldn’t have even considered still getting married there, I would only be suing for the refund and fees and going to a different venue

I used to Plan weddings and saw this happen twice both times the hotel was sued and lost immediately. Both times was for the same reason, the owner kept booking events without checking the calendars
